About Elements 5 Yoga

Yoga is like dancing an expression of the body and soul.

Elements 5 yoga was founded by Harriet after quitting her corporate career. Through the practice of yoga Harriet found peace and balance in her life, which helped her to grow stronger both on and off her mat, showing her the way forward, which was sharing her passion for yoga with others. Harriet believes that yoga sparks transformation in all, wherever you find yourself.


Elements 5 yoga classes are suitable for all levels of practitioner, whether you are starting out on your yoga path, refreshing your practice or are an experienced practitioner. Elements 5 offer Vinyasa flow yoga, with a foundation taken from the ancient practice Ashtanga yoga. Harriet has a playful way of teaching, you will come away from your class feeling empowered to continue your practice and live the life you love.

Vinyasa Yoga

Vinyasa flow yoga is a creative form of yoga. Yoga poses are linked together with the breath in a flowing sequence.
The beauty of vinyasa yoga is the variety of the class, pace and intensity which can be tailored to the student. 
Vinyasa yoga also warms the body and opens up the heart.

Mindfulness Workshops

With the pace we live our lives today are we ever present in each moment?

Mindfulness means paying attention "on purpose" in the present moment and in a non-judgemental way.

Elements 5 offer full and half day workshops to enable you to be more present and empty your mind.
