1-2-1 Yoga sessions 

 

A 1-2-1 session is an individual session with your teacher.

The session can be for a complete beginner through to an experienced practitioner. A 1-2-1 session is a real opportunity to start or deepen your practice also to be given personal advice/tuition  on whatever subject you choose - whether asana (postures), pranayama (breath), philosophy or indeed anything yoga related .

 

A 1-2-1 session can also be very useful if you are carrying an injury or long term medical condition as you can learn the fundamentals of appropriate modifications which would then enable you to slot into and participate fully in a group class should you so wish.
